I found Lewis online after visiting a couple of other jewellers to discuss the resizing my partner's engagement ring. I must say, Lewis exceeded my expectations and I couldn't recommend him enough. He was thoughtful and considerate when discussing the requirements and treated the antique ring with a lot of respect. He was also really positive and kind on a personal level. The results of the resizing were excellent, and I look forward to using Lewis again in future.
I gave Lewis my watch to repair as the face was stuck and not moving and to remove some of the links of the wrist as it was too big for me. He did an amazing job for me and did it same day, which I was very pleased about. Excellent service and a great guy. Would definitely recommend.

My husband and I used Lewis to make my engagement ring and our wedding bands in 2011. Fourteen years, three children and ten fat fingers later and tired of soreness taking my rings on and off exasperated I called Lewis. What a guy! So personable, understanding (Lewis assured me that rings “shrink”!), quick and professional Lewis made time to see me when I needed him to, turned the job of resizing and cleaning within a week and I barely recognised the “Dazzlers” I got back (which slipped on with ease)! I am so happy to have returned to Lewis and should I have the opportunity again to buy more, Lewis would be the person I would go to without hesitation.
