My office is based in Hatton Garden, and for over 30 years my focus has been on bespoke engagement rings. The process is simple. First, we make an appointment on the phone and have a conversation. It's really important that I find out the style of ring you want, the shape of main diamond you want and the budget that you're looking to spend.
This helps me to prepare for our appointment and gives me time to do my homework properly. I always quote my clients between three and six weeks to have a bespoke engagement ring made. So it's always a good idea to book an appointment as early as possible.
Once you've given the green light for your ring to be made, it's actually me who sits in the workshop and physically puts it together. I do have a support team around me, as I can't do everything, but rest assured my eyes are on it from start to finish.
